Castle Creek Homes is about Community. While these times are affecting our ability to gather as a Community, our dedication to building and supporting the principles of Community remains steadfast, strong, and unchanged.

 

We are committed to doing what’s best for homebuyers and potential homebuyers. Our model homes DO remain open at this time, but we also want to ensure the safest environment possible for both our customers and our employees, so we have actively instituted and are taking the following precautions to protect everyone. We recommend you review these standards as outlined by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and practice them thoroughly when visiting any of our model homes:

 

Please remain at home if you are feeling ill: When feeling even a little ill, please do not visit our model homes at this time, and if you have an appointment scheduled, please reschedule or communicate with our team via phone at 801-937-4836.

 

Please practice proper social distancing: If one of our agents is helping another customer while you visit, you are welcome to tour our homes on your own, but please do not touch anything with your hands, even handles and doorknobs. When in question, we advise you to schedule an appointment to return at a later time. Please Note: While we’re typically a friendly bunch, for our mutual health and safety and as directed by the CDC, we’re currently refraining from handshakes and other direct contact. Wearing a mask or scarf is advisable during your visit with us.

We’re regularly cleaning each of our model homes (including the office area) and keeping hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies on-hand during your visit.

 

If you do not feel comfortable coming into the model homes at this time but would still like to receive information, our agents are happy to provide it online, by email, over scheduled video chat or by phone.

 

Thank you for your understanding during these unique times. Although socially distanced, we are tirelessly supporting these principles of Community and continue to be amazed by, and grateful for, those in the Healthcare Community who are heroically lifting us all during these difficult times.
